Stormcloud Brewing Company feels like the kind of spot you stumble upon that immediately invites you to settle in and stay awhile. Nestled along Main Street in Frankfort, its welcoming atmosphere strikes a relaxed, unhurried rhythm where locals and travelers alike can unwind over thoughtfully crafted beers and hearty, approachable fare. Whether you find yourself drawn to the hum of conversation indoors or the easy comfort of patio seating with a breeze and the soft clink of glasses, there’s a genuine warmth that lingers in the air.

Here, the pace is casual yet lively—perfect for sharing a flight of house-brewed beers with friends or quietly savoring a moment alone. The brewery embraces an open, pet-friendly spirit, letting companions with fur join in on the easy camaraderie found at the outdoor tables. As the sun filters through, the mood feels both vibrant and homegrown, a place where stories and laughter rise as naturally as the frothy pints.

The menu complements the approachable setting, offering dishes that pair effortlessly with the beer lineup without ever overshadowing the social experience. From familiar comforts like crispy bites and savory sandwiches to inventive pizzas that echo a touch of local flair, each plate seems designed to enhance that relaxed gathering vibe. You might find yourself delighting in unexpected flavors as much as the thoughtfully brewed ales that rotate through taps—each one patiently crafted to be savored alongside good company and conversation.

Stormcloud Brewing Company isn’t just about food and drink; it’s about carving out a space where visitors feel at ease, discovering both community and craft in an atmosphere that’s open and unpretentious. It’s a reminder that sometimes, the simplest moments—shared over great beer and a welcoming table—make for the most memorable days.

Great atmosphere with inside and outside dining. This is a very pet friendly restaurant with several customers sitting outside with their furry friends. Lots of great beer and food to choose from.

The food and beer are out of this world good ! The cheese sticks are so good I thought I was home in Chicago eating pizza . The chicky chicky parm parm sandwich was excellent . The south west club sandwich is nice and light with great taste. Rainmaker Ale is the perfect match for the meal . Our server Kimberly was helpful and attentive with out being intrusive . Love this place . P.S. Took a 6 pack of Rainmaker home.

5 adults on a Friday night in July. Seated rather quickly. Good service. Fun atmosphere. The food was good but not spectacular. Enjoyable for a vacation eatery, but would probably not frequent on a regular basis. One caveat: this place is known for its beer, and since I don't drink alcohol, I can't comment on their notable features.

We had great service and the food was delicious! We got the Hot Pretzels and the house mustard was perfect. If you can't have dairy, I recommend it. We also got the Rocket Man pizza, which we have had before, and it does not disappoint. My husband got a flight of IPAs (Whiled Away, Nightswimmer, Cool Cat, and the Sunrunnr) and a glass of the Rainmaker. The Whiled Away was his favorite, but he enjoyed them all.

This was our first visit to Stormcloud Brewing. We were actually there for lunch, not the beer, and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Although it is summer, we visited mid-week after the main lunch rush so we didn't have to wait to be seated and the wait time for our food was reasonable. Our server was attentive and the food delivered hot. The beer cheese and chips went pretty fast at our table and the sandwiches didn't last much longer.

Pizza was great as was the beer. Service could be a bit more personable but all good. Sad that a splitting of a pizza and two drinks is $79 these days
